What is the return policy?
We want you feeling amazing in your new swimwear. If the fit isn't perfect or something is not quite right, send us a message and we'll do our best to help. Contact us via this RETURN FORM.
RETURN POLICY:
- Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, hygiene liners, and protective seals must remain intact.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be issued only for the returned item(s) once they have been received and inspected.
When will I get my order?
We carefully prepare every order and aim to ship it as quickly as possible. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our bikinis are made in Portugal by a team of expert designers we know and trust, using sustainable recycled fabrics sourced from Italy.
